自己と宇宙との関係の考察
禅サウナとは、感覚を遮断し内面へ沈み、再び世界とつながる三幕構成の体験です。
第一幕はサウナ室での内省。静寂と暗闇の中、熱を受け入れることで呼吸や鼓動に意識が向かい、自己との対話が始まります。
第二幕は水風呂での禊。天然水に身を委ね、呼吸を整えることで心身の境界が溶け、自律神経が研ぎ澄まされます。
第三幕は外気浴。肉体感覚が薄れ、風景やアートと一体化したとき思考が静まり「空」に近いととのいへ導かれます

Zen Sauna is a three-act journey that guides you inward by quieting the senses, before reconnecting you with the world around you.
Act I — Introspection in the Sauna

Act II — Purification in the Cold Bath
