築年数が古い物件です (This is a Renovated Vintage Home): 当施設は昭和初期築の古民家を改装しています。最新の建物のような完璧さはなく、経年による木材の軋みや隙間風などが感じられる場合があります。古い建物特有の味わいとしてお楽しみいただける方におすすめします。神経質な方や完璧を求める方には不向きかもしれませんのでご了承ください。
Since this retreat is a renovated early-Showa era farmhouse, it isn’t pristine or flawless like a brand-new building. You may notice the wood framing creak with age or feel the occasional draft – quirks of an old home that we hope you’ll appreciate as part of its rustic charm. If you’re very sensitive to such imperfections or expect a sterile modern environment, this property may not be the best fit.

湧水プールの落ち葉・虫について (Leaves & Insects in the Spring-Water Pool): 敷地は自然の真只中にあるため、屋外の湧水水風呂には季節によって落ち葉や虫が入ることがあります。定期的に網ですくって清掃しておりますが、完全に防ぐことはできません。どうしても気になる場合は、テラスに設置した小型の水風呂（バスタブ）をご利用ください。自然環境下での施設であることをご理解の上、ご利用をお願いいたします。
Because our property is immersed in nature, the outdoor spring-water plunge may occasionally catch fallen leaves or insects, depending on the season. We do skim and clean it regularly, but it’s impossible to keep every leaf or bug out. If it bothers you, note that there is also a smaller cold bath tub on the terrace you can use instead. We ask for your understanding that a few critters come with the territory when enjoying a retreat in the wild.

急勾配の坂道 (Steep Access Road): 当施設へ続く私道は勾配の急な坂道になっています。お車でお越しの場合、最後のアプローチはゆっくりと慎重な運転をお願いします。また、駅から徒歩の場合も約400mの坂道を登る必要がありますので、大きな荷物がある際はタクシーをご利用いただくことをおすすめします。雨天時や冬季は滑りやすくなりますので、足元に十分ご注意ください。
The private road leading up to our facility is quite steep. If you’re driving, please ascend slowly and carefully for safety. If you’re walking from the station, be prepared to hike about 400 m uphill – we suggest taking a taxi if you have heavy luggage. The path can be slippery in wet weather or winter, so do watch your footing in those conditions.

川は有料釣り場です (Fishing Area Notice): 敷地前を流れる川（大丹波川）は「大丹波川国際虹ます釣場」という管理釣り場になっています。川遊びや釣りをされる場合は所定の利用券（1日券等）をご購入ください。釣った魚は当BBQエリアで焼いて召し上がっていただけます。なお、釣り場の定休日やルールは事前に公式情報をご確認ください。
The river directly in front of our property (Ohtaba River) is a managed fishing area called the “Ohtaba International Trout Fishing Spot.” If you wish to play in the river or fish there, please purchase the required permit (e.g., day fishing ticket). You are welcome to grill any catch of the day at our BBQ area! Please also check the fishing area’s schedule and rules in advance, as there may be closed days or specific regulations.
