サウナイン株式会社は、日本の自然と空間美を融合させた長期滞在型ウェルネス施設「禅サウナリトリート」を展開しています。 本プロジェクトは、古民家や遊休別荘を「禅サウナリトリート」へリノベーションし、資産価値を最大化させると同時に、テクノロジーを活用した高効率運営を行う次世代の投資モデルです。

最大の特徴は、「実質利回り最大30%」という高い収益性と、「所有物件を含む全国の施設で利用可能な、年間10泊分の宿泊権利」のハイブリッド価値にあります。

4. 成長戦略とロードマップップの魅力

現在、確定プロジェクトとして9施設16部屋の展開を進める「垂直立ち上げフェーズ」にあります。

  • 短期（～2025年）： 9施設16部屋体制の確立。

  • 中期（～2026年）： 15施設30部屋体制へ拡大。

  • 長期： 全国主要都市へのFC展開およびブランド価値向上。

エリア拡大に伴い、オーナー様が利用できる「別荘」の選択肢も自動的に増え続けます。
