These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the lodging and sauna facilities (hereinafter referred to as the "Facility") operated by SAUNA9 Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 1 (Purpose and Agreement)

Users shall agree to comply with these Terms and the "User Guide" posted within the Facility. By completing a reservation, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Reservations and Payment)

1. Users shall make reservations through the official website or affiliated booking sites and pay the fees using the designated methods.

2. The reservation is confirmed upon completion of the payment.

Article 3 (Cancellation Policy)

Cancellations or changes to reservations will incur a prescribed cancellation fee starting from [X] days prior to the check-in date. Details are based on the regulations displayed on the booking screen.

Article 4 (Check-in/Check-out and Unmanned Operation)

1. This Facility utilizes an unmanned check-in system via smart locks. Please strictly adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times.

2. Entry by more than the number of registered guests, or entry by non-guests, is strictly prohibited. If discovered, we may charge additional fees or request immediate departure.

Article 5 (Safety Rules for Sauna and Facilities)

1. Health Condition: Use of the sauna is prohibited for individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, those under the influence of alcohol, pregnant women, or anyone prohibited from bathing by a physician.

2. Fire Prevention: Operations such as adding wood to the wood-burning stove must follow the manual. The use of fire (including portable stoves) outside of designated areas is strictly prohibited.

3. Löyly: To prevent damage, only designated water and oils may be used for löyly (pouring water on sauna stones).

4. Disclaimer for Accidents: The Facility shall not be held liable for any accidents (burns, falls, physical illness, etc.) caused by the User's negligence.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

1. Making noise that disturbs neighbors (loud conversations, music, late-night use of the terrace, etc.).

2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) outside of designated areas.

3. Bringing pets (except for specific pet-friendly plans).

4. Any act contrary to public order or morals, or use by anti-social forces.

5. Removal or damage of facility equipment and amenities.

Article 7 (Restoration and Compensation for Damages)

1. If the Facility or its equipment is damaged, stained, or lost, the User will be charged for the actual cost of repair or replacement.

2. In the event of significant soiling (vomiting, blood, cigarette odors, etc.) requiring professional cleaning, the User will be charged for cleaning costs and compensation for business loss during the cleaning period.

Article 8 (Security and Privacy)

For management and crime prevention purposes, security cameras are installed around the exterior of the Facility. Users are deemed to have consented to this. (Cameras are not installed in private spaces such as guest rooms, sauna rooms, or changing areas.)

Article 9 (Exemption from Liability for Suspension of Operations)

In the event that the provision of the Facility becomes impossible due to natural disasters, sudden equipment failure, or other force majeure, the Facility will provide a refund of the accommodation fee as compensation but shall not be liable for any further damages (travel expenses, etc.).

Article 10 (Revision of Terms)

The Facility may change these Terms without prior notice. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the official website.

Article 11 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

The User represents and warrants that they are not currently, and will not be in the future, a member of an organized crime group, a related party, or any other equivalent anti-social forces. Furthermore, the User covenants that they will not engage in violent or unjust demands that exceed legal responsibility

If it is discovered that the User has violated the preceding paragraph, the Facility may immediately terminate the accommodation contract and request departure from the premises without any prior notice.

In the event that the contract is terminated based on the preceding paragraph, the Facility shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the User. Conversely, if the Facility suffers any damages, the User shall be liable for full compensation.

本規約は、株式会社SAUNA9（以下「当施設」）が運営する各宿泊施設およびサウナ施設の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。

第1条（目的と同意）

利用者は、本規約および施設内に掲示された「利用案内（マニュアル）」を遵守することに同意し、当施設を利用するものとします。予約が完了した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（予約と支払い）

1. 利用者は、公式サイトまたは提携予約サイトを通じて予約を行い、指定の方法で料金を支払うものとします。

2. 決済完了を以て予約確定となります。

第3条（キャンセルポリシー）

予約のキャンセル・変更については、サイトの所定の日数からキャンセル料が発生します。詳細は予約画面の規定に基づきます。

第4条（入退室および無人運営）

1. 当施設はスマートロック等を利用した無人チェックインシステムを採用しています。チェックイン・アウトの時間は厳守してください。

2. 予約人数を超えた入室、および宿泊者以外の立ち入りは固く禁じます。判明した場合は追加料金の請求、または即時退去を求める場合があります。

第5条（サウナおよび設備の安全利用）

1. 健康状態: 心臓疾患、高血圧、飲酒後、妊娠中の方、および医師から入浴を禁じられている方のサウナ利用は禁止します。

2. 火災予防: 薪サウナの操作（薪の追加等）はマニュアルに従い、指定場所以外での火気使用（持ち込みコンロ等）を禁じます。

3. ロウリュ: 指定のオイル・水以外でのロウリュは、故障の原因となるため禁止します。

4. 事故の免責: 利用者の不注意による事故（火傷、転倒、体調不良等）について、当施設は一切の責任を負いません。

第6条（禁止事項）

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

1. 近隣住民の迷惑となる騒音（大声での会話、屋外での音楽、深夜のテラス利用等）。

2. 指定場所以外での喫煙（電子タバコ含む）。

3. ペットの同伴（ペット同伴可能プランを除く）。

4. 公序良俗に反する行為、または反社会的勢力の利用。

5. 施設内備品の持ち出し、および破損。

第7条（原状回復と損害賠償）

1. 施設・備品を破損、汚損、紛失した場合は、実費にて修繕・補充費用を請求いたします。

2. 著しい汚損（嘔吐、血液、タバコの臭い移り等）により特殊清掃が必要となった場合、清掃費および販売停止期間中の営業補填金を請求いたします。

第8条（防犯およびプライバシー）

当施設は管理および防犯のため、玄関周辺等の施設外周に防犯カメラを設置しています。利用者はこれに同意するものとします。（室内およびサウナ室、更衣室等プライベート空間には設置いたしません）

第9条（営業停止等の免責）

天災、設備の突発的な故障、その他不可抗力により施設の提供が不可能となった場合、当施設は宿泊料金の返金を以て補償とし、それ以上の損害（交通費等）については責任を負わないものとします。

第10条（規約の改定）

当施設は、予告なく本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は公式サイトに掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

第11条（反社会的勢力の排除）

利用者は、現在および将来にわたって、自身が暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団準構成員、暴力団関係企業、総会屋、社会運動標ぼうゴロ、特殊知能暴力集団、その他これらに準ずる者（以下「反社会的勢力」という）に該当しないこと、および暴力的な要求行為や法的な責任を超えた不当な要求行為を行わないことを表明し、確約するものとします。

利用者が前項に違反していることが判明した場合、当施設は何ら通知を行うことなく、直ちに宿泊契約を解除し、施設からの退去を求めることができます。

前項に基づき契約が解除された場合、利用者に損害が生じても当施設は一切の賠償責任を負わないものとし、一方で当施設に損害が生じた場合は、利用者がその全額を賠償するものとします。
